SYMPTOM TREATMENTS

Primary Treatment(s) are the treatments that are considered for the first round of treatment, and address the symptoms. Primary treatments should be mixed and matched as needed. Secondary Treatment(s) are treatments intended to address concerns normally associated with the symptom being treated. Secondary treatments are not all used, nor are they always used, just when needed.




Symptom: Blurry Vision
Primary Treatment(s):
- Water from beneath the bark of a Willow Tree should be dripped into the eyes.
Secondary Treatment(s):




Symptom: Bruise
Primary Treatment(s):
- Apply chewed Deathberry (DO NOT TAKE INTERNALLY!)
Secondary Treatment(s):
- Keys (seeds) from an Ash Tree should be consumed (for Mild Pain).
- Bark of a Willow Tree should be consumed (for Pain and/or Inflammation).




Symptom: Chills
Primary Treatment(s):
- Consume Marigold Leaves and Flowers
Secondary Treatment(s):




Symptom: Congestion
Primary Treatment(s):
- Consume catnip leaves and flowers.
Secondary Treatment(s):
- Consume Lavender leaves and flowers (for pain in head or throat)




Symptom: Cough
Primary Treatment(s):
- Consume catnip leaves and flowers.
- [OR] Consume Juniper Leaves
- [OR] Flower Heads of the Poppy should be consumed.
- [OR] Consume Tansy Flowers.
Secondary Treatment(s):
- Consume honey (rough or sore throat)
- Consume Lavender leaves and flowers (for pain in head and throat)




Symptom: Diarrhea
Primary Treatment(s):
- Bark of a Willow Tree should be consumed.
Secondary Treatment(s):




Symptom: Drying of a Queen's Milk Supply
Primary Treatment(s):
- Consume Fresh Borage Leaves and Seeds
Secondary Treatment(s):
- Consume Fresh Borage Leaves and Roots (for milk loss caused by Fever)




Symptom: Fever
Primary Treatment(s):
- Consume Fresh Borage Leaves and Roots
- Consume Feverfew Leaves
- [OR] Bark of a Willow Tree should be consumed. (Also aids with Pain)
Secondary Treatment(s):
- Consume Lavender leaves and flowers (for pain in head and throat)




Symptom: Itches
Primary Treatment(s):
- Water from beneath the bark of a Willow Tree should be applied to the effected area.
Secondary Treatment(s):




Symptom: Infection (of a Wound)
Primary Treatment(s):
- Apply chewed Alder to the effected area.
- [OR] Apply chewed Burdock Roots to the affected area.
- [OR] Apply chewed Burdock Leaves to the affected area.
- [OR] Apply chewed Marigold Leaves and Flowers to the wound.
- [OR] Apply chewed yarrow plant to the affected area. (Mainly preventative)
Secondary Treatment(s):




Symptom: Inflammation
Primary Treatment(s):
- Bark of a Willow Tree should be consumed.
Secondary Treatment(s):




Symptom: Lacerations
Primary Treatment(s):
- Cobwebs should be applied as bandages.
Secondary Treatment(s):
- Apply chewed Alder to the effected area (for infections)
- Apply chewed Burdock Roots to the affected area (for Infections)
- Apply chewed Burdock Leaves to the affected area (for Infections)
- Keys (seeds) from an Ash Tree should be consumed (for Mild Pain)
- Apply chewed Marigold Leaves and Flowers to the wound (for infections)
- Apply chewed yarrow plant to the affected area. (To prevent infection & remove pain)




Symptom: Nervous Tension
Primary Treatment(s):
- Chamomile Leaves and Flowers should be consumed.
- [OR] Entire Thyme Plant should be consumed.
Secondary Treatment(s):
- Inhale scent of fresh lavender flowers.




Symptom: Pain (Major)
Primary Treatment(s):
- Poppy Seeds should be consumed. (Caution; Addictive)
Secondary Treatment(s):




Symptom: Pain (Mild)
Primary Treatment(s):
- Keys (seeds) from an Ash Tree should be consumed.
- [OR] Consume Lavender leaves and flowers (for head and throat pain)
- [OR] Entire Yarrow Plant should be chewed and applied to afflicted area (For use in wounds)
- [OR] Bark of a Willow Tree should be consumed.

- Tansy Leaves should be chewed.
- Bark of a Willow Tree should be consumed.

Symptom: Sleeplessness
Primary Treatment(s):
- Poppy Seeds should be consumed (Caution; Addictive)
- [OR] Consume Poppy Petals and Leaves.
- [OR] Consume entire thyme plant or plants.
Secondary Treatment(s):
- Chamomile Leaves and Flowers should be consumed.
- Inhale scent of fresh lavender flowers.




Symptom: Swelling
Primary Treatment(s):
- Apply chewed Alder to the effected area.

Symptom: Weakness (Physical)
Primary Treatment(s):
- Chamomile Leaves and Flowers should be consumed.

ILLNESS/AFFLICTION TREATMENTS

Primary Treatment(s) are the treatments that are considered for the first round of treatment, and address the symptoms of the illness and/or its root cause. Secondary Treatment(s) are treatments intended to address potential complications, and/or possible secondary afflictions associated with the affliction. Secondary treatments are not all used, nor are they always used, just when needed.




Affliction: Cold
Primary Treatment(s):
- Consume Feverfew Leaves (for fevers)
Secondary Treatment(s):
- Consume Honey (for sore throat)
- Consume Juniper Leaves (to ease coughs)
- Consume Lavender leaves and flowers (for pain in head and throat)
- Consume Marigold Leaves and Flowers (to ease chills)
- Flower Heads of the Poppy should be consumed (for continuous coughs)
- Consume Willow Bark (For pain).




Affliction: Fleas (Stubborn that won't let go)
Primary Treatment(s):
- Bile from the liver of a mouse should be applied to the Flea.
Secondary Treatment(s):




Affliction: Poisoning
Primary Treatment(s):
- Consume Juniper Berries
- Consume Entire Yarrow Plant (To induce Vomiting)
Secondary Treatment(s):
- Consume Willow Bark (For pain)




Affliction: Pregnancy (Unwanted)
Primary Treatment(s):
- Consume Tansy Leaves, Flowers, and Stems (Caution; Causes miscarriages)
Secondary Treatment(s):
- Consume Willow Bark (For pain)




Affliction: Smoke Inhalation
Primary Treatment(s):
- Consume Honey (to sooth the throat)
Secondary Treatment(s):
- Consume Juniper Leaves (to ease coughs)
- Consume Lavender leaves and flowers (for pain in head and throat)
- Consume Willow Bark (For pain)




Affliction: Snakebite
Primary Treatment(s):
- Consume new shoots from an Ash Tree, and apply the same to the bite.
Secondary Treatment(s):
- Apply Chewed Burdock Roots to bite (to draw infection from the wound)
- Apply Chewed Burdock Leaves to bite (to speed healing)
- Consume Fresh Borage Leaves and Roots (for Fevers)
- Consume Feverfew Leaves (for fever).
- Consume Juniper Berries (for advanced poisonings)
- Consume Willow Bark (For pain)




Affliction: Toothache
Primary Treatment(s):
- Alder should be chewed by the patient.
- [OR] Consume Lavender leaves and flowers (for head and throat pain)
Secondary Treatment(s):
- Consume Fresh Borage Leaves and Roots (for Fevers)
- Consume feverfew leaves (for fevers)
- Consume Willow Bark (For pain)




Affliction: Worms
Primary Treatment(s):
- Consume leaves, flowers, and stems of Tansy (Caution; Causes miscarriages)
